We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. FLWST is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
