Refund policy
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof of the issue. We may require additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address entered by the customer
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Normal wear and tear
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
